Production and installation

To reduce the risk of rust at the joints of arch galvanized concrete, use high-quality materials with a first class of zinc coating and resist corrosion. For proper care and long-term operation, it is advisable to use bitumen mastic, treating it with concrete once a year.

After the completion of the foundation work, the production and installation of arches begin, for which roll steel is fed into a special machine, from which panels of the necessary configuration and length are formed. Then the panels are loaded into a roll forming machine and an arch is obtained.

The profile of the arch can be of 2 types:

- U-shaped with a width of 30 cm;

- trapezoidal with a width of up to 61 cm.
